For all custom units, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. All orders are shipped via USPS. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking and expected delivery date via email. On average, USPS priority shipping takes about 1-3 business days to reach you. Business days do not include, weekends or holidays. Nickywigs is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact USPS and file a claim. All packages are insured by USPS. Nickywigs Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. If you believe you have an issue locating your package, check your tracking number or contact your local post office. In the event your package cannot be successfully delivered, and is sent back to Nickywigs , you are responsible for additional shipping fees, or a store credit will be given to you to purchase a new order with the correct address. RETURNS/EXCHANGES Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All are sales final, unless you have received the wrong item.
